Let's face it, there are any number of people who can buy the parts and assemble an engine however the power output and reliability of the engine may be sacrificed if those parts or the assembly process aren't up to scratch. Not convinced? Any idea how fast the internal workings of an engine are? For instance, a 2 stroke MX engines piston at full noise is traveling at 221,000 feet per minute and it has to stop at TDC and BDC!!! Imagine that letting go - bye, bye engine.

Prior to any engine build we strip and thoroughly inspect all parts. Once we have a picture of the needed repairs we discuss it with the customer to find what suits their requirements. Engines don't necessarily have to be put back together the way the manufacturer released them. Depending on power output requirements and where that power should kick in is just a matter of selecting the parts that will work together to achieve the goal. There are numerous parts companies able to supply high quality performance parts that when tailored to your needs will exceed your expectations.

We offer a full quotation service prior to commencing work and will make every effort to fit within your timeline requirements. We operate our own in house crankshaft building service and undertake cylinder head porting and camshaft degreeing.
